Deep Tissue Massage 

Deep tissue massage will help relieve tension that builds up in your muscles from everyday stresses and strains. Your therapist will use slow but firm techniques leaving you feeling the tightness subside with every massage stroke remove any tension and knots within the muscles. Each massage is finished of with a set of stretches and exercises to suit the client and treatment outcomes needed. 

Relaxation/Therapeutic Massage 

Relaxation massage is the perfect choice if you need a little help to unwind after a stressful time at work or home. Your therapist will ease away the stress held in your muscles leaving you with an enormous sense of well being, so go ahead and treat yourself! 

Remedial Massage 

Remedial massage can be very effective in relieving a wide variety of complaints including; asthma, arthritis, backache, joint and muscle sprains, release of muscle spasms, trapped nerves, headaches, cramps, high blood pressure, sports related injuries, insomnia and rheumatism. Remedial massage therapy is a hands-on technique that gently massages the muscle tissue. Because it works deeper than regular relaxing massage, its effects are usually deeper and longer lasting. Remedial massage may be beneficial to help prevent injury and may aid recovery from injury. 

About Gary 

Our resident Massage Therapist, Gary, is a Sports Massage Association Tutor and has been teaching sports massage for 7 years. He is a fully qualified Sports Therapist and a Football Association Medical Tutor. Gary has 10 years experience in professional Rugby League and Football. Gary works to the highest standards to ensure that each patient is treated with the utmost professionalism.

A consultation and treatment lasts 30 mins and costs £27 or 1 hour for £40.
