HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is relaxing and pleasant experience which allows the therapist to alter patterns of behaviors using the subconscious. After a consultation to determine the nature of the problem, the client would be put into a light hypnotic trance experiencing a very natural feeling. Each session lasts approx an hour and is completely confidential.

Hypnosis can be helpful in breaking unwanted habits, e.g. smoking. It is true that a well-motivated person can give up smoking after just one hypnotherapy session.
